Position: Welsh-Speaking Improvement & Development Coordinator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We are currently seeking a motivated Improvement & Development Coordinator fluent in Welsh to join an established team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers flexibility with hybrid working options and an attractive holiday package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate Improvement & Development projects, networks, and partnerships.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for meetings, including preparation and follow-up.
- Analyse data to inform future objectives and strategies.
- Maintain organised administrative systems and databases.
- Develop proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and virtual meeting software.
- Translate and proofread Welsh/English materials to a high standard.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate both internal and external meetings using platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
- Contribute to the production of resources, including proofreading and translation tasks.
- Support project planning and execution as needed.
- Monitor progress through clear action plans.
- Assist in organising and attending events.
- Maintain IT processes and update content on the intranet and website.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Welsh.
- Previous experience in business administration and project support.
- Proficient in Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively translate and proofread English/Welsh materials.
