Job Description

Position: Welsh-Speaking Improvement & Development Coordinator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We are currently seeking a motivated Improvement & Development Coordinator fluent in Welsh to join an established team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers flexibility with hybrid working options and an attractive holiday package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently coordinate Improvement & Development projects, networks, and partnerships.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for meetings, including preparation and follow-up.
  • Analyse data to inform future objectives and strategies.
  • Maintain organised administrative systems and databases.
  • Develop proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and virtual meeting software.
  • Translate and proofread Welsh/English materials to a high standard.

Key Duties:

  • Coordinate both internal and external meetings using platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
  • Contribute to the production of resources, including proofreading and translation tasks.
  • Support project planning and execution as needed.
  • Monitor progress through clear action plans.
  • Assist in organising and attending events.
  • Maintain IT processes and update content on the intranet and website.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Welsh.
  • Previous experience in business administration and project support.
  • Proficient in Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively translate and proofread English/Welsh materials.
