Our client a small organisation with very high standards based very close to Cardiff city centre is looking for a Bilingual Personal Assistant/Receptionist.
A fluent Welsh speaker is needed for this role.
You will be providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Assistant Director and your duties will include:
Arranging meetings and making travel and accommodation requirements
Meeting and greeting visits
Providing admin support to the HR functions
Maintaining stock levels of office supplies and liaising with suppliers
As well as being a fluent Welsh speaker you will need to have strong organisational and administration skills with a focus on customer service. You will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors, therefore excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with people is essential for this role along with experience of providing support to senior staff.
