Wholesale Business Development Advisor
Full-time, Permanent including Commission
£18,000 - £20,000 year

Role Purpose Statement
Outbound calling, account management, finding and selling on stock, B2B - bringing on new business
You will maintain and grow profitable sales within the company you will be responsible for managing some accounts with the company, with the expectation to bring a customer base of your own to the company. Your people skills will be fantastic, and you will help to develop, grow and nurture the accounts, ensuring that our customers are continually happy with the service we are providing.
The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with food, drink or confectionary - salary is negotiable if you can bring knowledge and experience from this industry.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
To achieve and increase sales turnover and gross profit
To be able to source your own stock
To gain and develop new accounts
To proactively manage customer retention
Maintenance of effective call cycle
To maintain competitor awareness
To maintain and develop knowledge of product offering
Maximise selling opportunities by analysis of customer need
Sales and gross profit
Range extension % NPD sales
New business performance
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Proven track record of profitable sales delivery
Demonstrable knowledge of the market place
Relevant experience of B2B sales
The capacity to interpret, understand and act upon financial data to achieve customer solutions
Full UK driving licence
Job Type: Full-time 9-5 Monday to Friday
Salary: £18,000 -£ 20,000 DOE plus a highly beneficial bonus structure which we would expect to take annual earning over £40,000 if targets are met.
Must have B2B experience
Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred)
