One of Worcestershire's most recognised and highly regarded Legal Firms is currently seeking a Wills Advisor to join their team providing personal administrative and one-to-one support to clients across the board and ensure a friendly yet professional service is offered to all clients.

This is an administrative and client facing led position. However, due to the nature of this job, personal qualities are a very important part of the recruitment process. Ideally you will be comfortable dealing with elderly people and have a caring, empathetic nature. You will have an understanding that every case has potential to become contentious or difficult. It is also vital that you have the skills to deal with uncomfortable, mournful and vulnerable information.

The ability to communicate both face to face and over the phone is vital to the success of this position. The successful candidate will be able to build a strong rapport between the firm's clients as well as stay on top of all the administration needed for this role to be successful.

You will need to have an exceptional telephone manner and a 'can do' understanding of how the law works. An ability to explain often complex legal matters in a way which can be understood, would also be an advantage as would an interest in people and business.

We would welcome applications from university graduates who have an interest in this area of law. Full training will be given with the opportunity to progress and specialise in private client work.

Salary offered is competitive and will be pending experience.
