Job Description

Due to client expansion we're after a Wills and Probate Solicitor for our Morden Office.
This is a new position and we're looking to find somebody in the early stages of their career with around 1 Year PQE.
With several offices across London we're a trusted group covering a range of legal fields but we're now looking for Wills and Probate department. We're a diverse team and believe we're approachable and accessible to all walks of life.
We want somebody who can come in and pick up with clients running your own caseload and looking after clients in what can be stressful times.
We'll want you to be efficient when it comes to managing files in terms of GDPR and compliance and to correctly store correspondence on our systems. You will be responsible for all financial aspects of matters including time recording, and billing with clients.

The candidate we're after for joining our team will ideally have 1 year PQE within Wills and Probate.
