I have an amazing opportunity for a WTP, Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer to join my highly esteemed Client on a permanent basis.

My Client is a modern yet professional firm with a dynamic, friendly feel and approach. They are a team of `go getters` and so are looking for someone with the same mindset to join their team.

An overview is as follows:
- Fee-earner in a Private Client position and help maintain existing client relationships while building upon new relationships and clientele
- Develop, Utilise and maintain case management system
- Supervision and development of private client work. Able to work independently and maintain high levels of client care
- Development of business through networking and marketing

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to run a caseload of
Wills,
Trusts,
tax and trusts
Probate, (Contested preferred),
give sympathetic help and support in dealing sometimes with complex and sensitive issues.

Your Experience:
- Over 3 years PQE in private client

Salary
Excellent, dependant on number of KPI, including client satisfaction and caseload. Uncapped Bonus scheme with a 40% share of any fees brought in.
