Brook Street are proud to be recruiting for a Wills, Probate and Trusts Solicitor for our successful North East client, who are looking to expand their practise.

The client is an established regional law firm combining high quality commercial & private client services with offices in Darlington, Durham, Newcastle, Tynemouth and Stockton, looking to add to their committed friendly Wills, Trusts & Probate team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Will have at least 3 years PQE
• A very good grounding in all aspects of Wills, Trusts & Probate in particular Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Estate Administration, Trusts & Tax planning
• Preferably STEP qualified or part qualified or willing to undertake STEP training.
• Highly motivated
• Able to handle their own caseload
• Good IT skills
• Exceptional relationship building & networking skills
• Working to build a business development strategy with other teams across our offices.
