Our client based 10 minutes walk from the centre of Cardiff is looking for a Welsh Speaking Systems Support Officer for a contract until March 2020.

You should be a natural problem solver as you will be focussing on resolving user`s issues promptly and efficiently, therefore you will need to be competent in the use of IT and an experienced user of the MS office set of products.

You will need to be fluent in Welsh and have experience in providing support over the phone and via email.

Duties include:
responding to user account queries, including forgotten passwords, logging in etc
Supporting others as they prepare material to be uploaded to the site.
Monitoring and reviewing site content to identify and address quality issues.
Logging issues and ensuring they are actioned.
