Northamptonshire Police are recruiting for a Workforce Planning establishment Officer to join the team.
Northamptonshire Police have many civilian opportunities and support/train to assist in their employees career development.
This particular role is responsible for the accuracy, consistency and quality of establishment and strength data held on the HR system and challenge any deviation from it. It will also look after the management and ongoing maintenance of establishment and strength data for the organisation, having ownership of establishment blueprints. The employee will also audit, validate and reconcile establishment and strength data with Basic Command Unit/Departmental Senior Management Team members.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to a degree level and be able to demonstrate their knowledge in Human Resources. They must be computer literate and be able to work with and present data using presentations/graphs/charts etc. This role comes with travel.
There will be a police vetting process for the successful applicant.
