Workplace Services Team Member

Weybridge

Up to £23k per annum

Are you a people person who likes to be the face of a business?

Do you have excellent communication skills and able to organise and plan effectively?

Do you have a background in corporate front of house, hospitality, or customer facing roles?

We have a new role just come live to work for the end client of a leading global provider of facility services. You will be based in Weybridge, placed in this facilities assistant role at the company's shared business hub.

In this position you will be working as part of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that the company employees want to be a part of.

Hours will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week.

What will you be doing?

  • Own the client touchpoint journey and provide an exceptional workplace experience for colleagues and customers.
  • As a brand ambassador, you will ensure all site procedures and standards are met.
  • Consistently follow the 'Entering the Building' touchpoint standards and ensure Reception spaces remain immaculately presented.
  • Take ownership of all workplace areas ensuring a high standard of presentation, cleanliness and functionality throughout.
  • To work as part of the Office Services Team providing seamless and effective delivery of all services including: Reception, Mailroom, and Workplace Experience

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have a background in a corporate front of house/guest hosting/reception background. You will need to be a real people person with a confident and proactive character.

Customer satisfaction is key so you will have a strong drive to deliver great customer experiences at all time.

  • Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience
    * Experience using systems such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    * High degree of accuracy
    * Excellent communication skills (English - written and spoken)
    * Good time management
    * Impeccable personal presentation

What's in it for you?

In addition to a strong benefits package (to be discussed), you will be offered a salary of up to £23k per annum. Holiday allowance is 25 days per annum and you will be auto-enrolled onto the ISS pension scheme.
