Job title: Workshop Manager

Hours: 50 hours per week - Monday - Friday

Location: Herefordshire

As a Workshop Manager you are responsible for:

"Driving a team of workshop operatives, fabricators and welders to achieve and hit production targets
"Driving a positive working attitude within the team
"Identifying training gaps
"Leading the team from the front
"Ensuring Health and Safety is always implemented throughout the workshop
"Using your initiative to resolve business challenges and drive the business forwards

Skills and Experience Required:

"Must have at least 5 years` experience of welding (MIG Welding)
"Must have 5 years` experience of managing a workshop
"Must have at least 5 years` experience as a fabricator
"Must have strong planning and organisational skills
"Must be computer literate
