Yard/Grounds Operative

I am currently looking to recruit a Yard/Grounds Operative for a company based near Long Itchington.

In this role you will be responsible on a daily basis for all grounds maintenance in and around the building.

The salary for this role is £20,600 per annum and the hours are 7-3pm or 8-4pm Monday to Friday.

Overall responsibilities include -
Unloading deliveries
General forklift duties - a current up to date license is desirable
Managing waste and skips
Keeping the general appearance of the building clean & tidy
Cutting grass
Maintenance and trimming of hedges/weeding
General handyman duties
Providing supplies from storage to main warehouse

For this position you will be flexible in your approach to work and be hands on with a positive attitude to complete work efficiency and on time. You will be required to have access to your own car due to the location of the business.
