A great opportunity to work for our Client as a HR administrator - Temporary Contract for 6mths based in Kings Lynn - Monday - Friday 9-5pm

The role will tend to focus on a very structured and well defined scope of work. The key requirement is to execute assigned tasks promptly and accurately.

You should have office experience as you will be required to cover various tasks. Scanning and checking documents, sorting post. Email correspondence, answering the telephone. Processing medical certificates, self service login details, processing holidays, refunds and other relevant forms as required. Ensure deadlines are met. Resolve queries. Maintain records for audit purposes. Liaise with internal/external clients and support the Line Management on any additional admin when required.

Good administration experience, attention to detail and a team player.

To work in a team or other structured environment. Articulate and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients. Able to follow process, numerate, ability to navigate around and understand use of relevant systems.

Temporary Contract for 6 months - Monday - Friday 9-5pm Pay Rate £8.75p/h.
