Hours: 37.5 per week
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm, with flexibility
Contract length: 6 months
Location: Monks Cross (York)
As a Process Assistant you contact third party organisations to receipt income. You will collect information about payments and correct any anomalies and report back to the finance team. The role isn`t credit control - it`s just confirming the nature of incoming payments.
You must be confident on the phone and recording your conversation in Excel and Microsoft Word.

oGood telephone manner
oGood Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
oExperience of working in a finance and/or credit control environment
oExperience of using Oracle systems
