£13.00 per hour + sleep-in
Long day & sleep-in shifts
The Role
We're looking for Support Workers to join a brand-new supported accommodation service for young people aged 16-18 leaving care.
This is a great opportunity to be part of something from the ground up, working closely with leadership to establish a high-quality, safe, and supportive environment where young people can develop independence and thrive. You'll play a key role in shaping the culture, routines, and outcomes of the service from day one.
Shift Pattern :

  • 10:00 - 22:00 (Day shift)
  • 22:00 - 08:00 (Sleep-in)
  • 08:00 - 10:00 (Morning support)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting young people with independent living skills
  • Providing day-to-day emotional and practical support
  • Encouraging education, employment & routine
  • Maintaining safeguarding and accurate records
  • Creating a safe, stable, and supportive environment
