About us

The role
To provide a coordinated package of on-going emotional and practical support to the children and young people who may have learning disabilities or mental health in a residential, supported living or education setting. You will encourage them to live as independently as possible, helping them to cook, clean, go shopping and to appointments and helping them into the community. Your role is to have a nurturing nature and put a smile on their face.

About you
The ideal candidate will be able to work in different locations, various shift patterns and will be calm, reliable, hardworking and determined.

Applicants must have 1 year experience in health and social care and access to your own vehicle is desirable.
