Are you an experienced youth worker, mentor, learning support worker or family support worker who enjoys working on a variety of projects assisting young service users and their families with varied and often complex needs? Then please read on.

This is a very interesting service who work by referral from various agencies to support young people and their families as well as older individuals through challenging times in their lives. You role will be to mentor and guide.

They are looking for 2 temporary staff to cover up to 2 full time roles in and around the Bristol area. There is also potential for permanent positions with the organisation for the right people.

Flexibility is important as you may be working across several placements over the course of your working week. It is also important for this reason that you are a driver with access to your own vehicle.

Ideally you have at least 2 years experience working within a range of social care and youth support settings however the most important thing is your empathy and strong motivation to make a real difference in young peoples lives.

There are excellent rates of pay offered and full details are available on application. The service will also offer training as appropriate to your role.
