Capacity Planning Manager - Belper | Up to £60,000 | On-site | Full-Time (39.5 hrs/week)

Brook Street is excited to be partnering with a well-established organisation in Belper currently seeking a Capacity Planning Manager to lead a dedicated planning team and drive efficiency across their operations. • Analyse business forecasts and trends to define short- and long-term capacity needs
• Build and optimise planning models to ensure efficient resource allocation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align planning with business priorities
• Present planning performance and KPIs to senior leadership
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across planning functions

🧠 What You'll Bring

• Experience in capacity or workforce planning - in a contact centre or service-based environment
• Leadership or team management experience within planning/resource functions
• Proficiency in Excel and tools like SAP, Oracle, or WFM platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with an eye for turning data into action
• A proactive mindset and the ability to drive change and improve processes
• Exposure to or interest in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement approaches
• A degree or equivalent qualification in business
