Job Description

Care Coordinator - Erdington & Surrounding Areas

£27,500 | Supported Living | Adults with Complex Needs

Are you the kind of person who sees potential where others see challenge?

If so, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

We're seeking a Care Coordinator who brings compassion, empathy, resilience, and leadership to a supported living service that supports adults with learning disabilities, complex mental health needs, and forensic backgrounds.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment - someone who can juggle the practical with the personal, and who leads by example

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating rotas and managing a large, passionate staff team
  • Leading team meetings, supervisions, and training with warmth and clarity
  • Creating and reviewing care and support plans that reflect real lives
  • Overseeing medication ordering and audits
  • Analysing behaviours and writing meaningful reports
  • Managing finances and liaising with external professionals
  • Planning engaging, purposeful activities that bring joy and structure
  • Sharing the on-call rota as part of a supportive leadership team

You're not just experienced - you're motivated by impact. You know how to lead a team, support people through complex behaviours, and stay calm when things get tough. You're a team player, a motivator, and someone who never loses sight of why we do this work.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Care Coordinator role
  • A background supporting adults with challenging behaviours
  • Confidence using IT systems
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Flexibility to share on-call responsibilities

If this sounds like your kind of role, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now or get in touch for a chat.
