Company Administrator (Commercial Property) - Swansea Area

Our client, a respected commercial property group, is seeking a multi-skilled and proactive Company Administrator for a pivotal onsite role. If a varied, highly responsible position within a close-knit, experienced team appeals, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

Working from a modern business park near Swansea, the successful candidate will support legal, financial, and facilities aspects of commercial property management across the UK. This full-time, Monday to Friday post offers a great mix of independent and team work, alongside expert professionals and regular contact with third-party advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional communication with clients, contractors, and colleagues (phone, email, in person).

  • Maintain well-organized records and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.

  • Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.

  • Support basic bookkeeping using Sage accounting software.

  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and site visits as needed.

  • Uphold company policies and general health and safety compliance.

  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Background in administrative or secretarial functions within a professional office.

  • Strong people and communication skills, with confidence handling client and internal queries.

  • Impeccable organizational ability and an eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

  • Experience with routine bookkeeping and Sage (or similar accounting software).

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, senior team.
