Company Administrator (Commercial Property) - Swansea Area
Our client, a respected commercial property group, is seeking a multi-skilled and proactive Company Administrator for a pivotal onsite role. If a varied, highly responsible position within a close-knit, experienced team appeals, this could be the perfect fit.
About the Role
Working from a modern business park near Swansea, the successful candidate will support legal, financial, and facilities aspects of commercial property management across the UK. This full-time, Monday to Friday post offers a great mix of independent and team work, alongside expert professionals and regular contact with third-party advisors.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional communication with clients, contractors, and colleagues (phone, email, in person).
Maintain well-organized records and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
Support basic bookkeeping using Sage accounting software.
Arrange meetings, appointments, and site visits as needed.
Uphold company policies and general health and safety compliance.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Essential Skills & Experience
Background in administrative or secretarial functions within a professional office.
Strong people and communication skills, with confidence handling client and internal queries.
Impeccable organizational ability and an eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Experience with routine bookkeeping and Sage (or similar accounting software).
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, senior team.
