Job Title: Customer Contact Advisors (Temporary Role)

Working Hours: Full-time (Specific hours to be confirmed)
Salary: £27,660 - £31,146 depending on experience

Essential Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.

• Background in team-based, customer-focused settings.

• Practical experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade A-C or equivalent).
