Job Description

Do you have experience within Customer Service and logistics? If so please read on….
My client, a manufacturing company based in Bingley is looking for the newest member for the customer service team. This role is 100% office based.
Main Duties
" To review sales orders received from UK and overseas customers

" To process daily shipments through our ERP system and ship / invoice goods

" Create returns / replacements through the ERP system

" Log and pick up customer complaints and ensure complaints are acknowledged / completed within a timely manner

" To liaise with manufacturing teams to progress orders on customers behalf.

" Prepare all export documentation / certification relevant to shipments

" General admin duties i.e. word / excel / outlook

" Book meeting rooms for management, answer repletion door and look after any visitors who come to site.

" Encourage good customer relationships throughout the team

" To become multi-skilled within the Customer Service team in order to provide cover / or assistance where necessary.

" Any other duties within the Customer Service team.
