Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 08.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday
Benefits: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays; Workplace Pension Scheme; Group Life Assurance Scheme; Company Permanent Health Insurance Scheme

This fantastic, well established, local and extremely progressive company are looking to recruit a new addition to their very friendly team.

Do you have customer service/ order processing/ administration experience or similar? You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload, and ideally speak a European language (an advantage)

Some of your details within this role will include:

- Inputting customer's sales orders
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations, claims, refunds
- Keeping customers informed of their order
- Liaising with the warehouse concerning customer orders
- Make freight enquiries and obtain quotes for freight
- Process invoices and all associated administration
