Job Description

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Location: Dartford
Benefits: 30 days annual leave plus an additional 22 days off across the year, free parking, training and development and much more.

Essential
Proven HR experience!
Experience managing complex ER cases!

Ideal but not essential
CIPD qualification

Within this exciting position you will be responsible for leading and developing the HR team, managing ER cases, support managers with practical HR advice and coaching, drive continuous improvement in HR practices and service delivery, design and deliver manager skills training and build strong relationships across the large business.
