Job Description
Exciting new opportunity for an Operational Manager!
Permanent, North West regions. £50,000 per annum plus £5000 car allowance plus generous benefits!
Are you seeking a new opportunity to provide operational leadership to services supporting adults with mental health and learning disabilities ?
Working for an established provider of support to people with a variety of needs, these may include mental health, substance misuse, learning disability, ABI, Physical Disability. Support is offered to ensure the people being supported can achieve their goals and meet their needs in supported housing, community support, respite, and housing support services.
The role:
- To oversee and lead teams across 8-10 supported living services in the North including Kendal, Cheshire East/West, York, Merseyside and Stoke. Services to support adults with mental health and learning disabilities.
- Multi site management, leading and managing teams to ensure everyone achieves their goals and outcomes and have the best support offered to them.
- Offer strategic management, working with Service and Registered Managers to help them develop and coach their teams, offer support and be visual at services
- Have sound knowledge of all CQC regulations and guidelines, compliance and governance
- Attend and chair meetings, ensure all staff have the relevant training and support
About you:
- You will ideally hold the Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent
- You will be a strong leader of people and be able to manage your time effectively, ensuring that your services are fully compliant and recruited.
- You will have experience of multi site management across supported living services
- You will be a people person and one who can work well with others, lead from the front and have the ability to coach and develop others.
- Have the passion for supporting people with mental health and learning disability with experience of managing in services similar before.
- Flexible for travel across the North of England and be present at services.
