Job Title: Payroll Coordinator
Location: Watford
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: Starting from £26,000, depending on experience


About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with a strong understanding of payroll processes and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll process.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Calculate statutory payments, final settlements, and post-employment adjustments
  • Coordinate electronic payments.
  • Reporting to line managers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies are followed.
  • Adhere to strict payroll deadlines and work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Supporting with payroll enquiries from employees and subcontractors.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a payroll-related role
  • Experience managing payroll enquiries
  • Familiarity with payroll software
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Team player, working towards deadlines and driven.
