Job Description
Project Administrator - Birmingham
Monday to Friday, 37 hours, flexible working hours
£13.70 paid on a weekly basis
Temporary until March 2026
Hybrid working
Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and a confident communicator? We're recruiting an Administrator to support a busy Public Sector department in the heart of Birmingham. There may be occasional travel to the London office. This role will be hybrid, a couple of days onsite and then a couple of days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging meetings and calendar management
- Document organisation
- Arranging site visits and inductions
- Tracking orders
- liaising across GPA internal teams
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A flexible and reliable approach to work
- Desirable - experience with project support work
Important: This role requires a CTC clearance and three years of references. Clearance may take a few weeks to return.
