We're looking for a Registered Manager to join a forward-thinking care provider that's redefining excellence in domiciliary and supported living services.

About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you'll be the driving force behind high-quality care services. You'll lead from the front -ensuring compliance, inspiring your team, and delivering person-centred care that empowers individuals to live independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leading day-to-day operations across multiple locations
• Ensuring full compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
• Building and mentoring a passionate, skilled care team
• Developing strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement and service innovation

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in domiciliary and/or supported living management
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
• Exceptional marketing and networking skills
• Proven experience of mobilising new tenders
• Inspirational leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
