Registered Manager

📍 Based in Launceston, with travel across Cornwall & East Devon
🕒 Full-time | 40 hours per week | On-call duties required
💷 Salary: From £39,000+ (DOE) + £5,000 discretionary bonus

Are you an experienced leader in community care, ready to drive service excellence and make a real difference in people's lives? River Exe Healthcare is looking for a passionate and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our high-performing team and ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred care across our services.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of service delivery, compliance, and staff management

  • Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain high standards of care

  • Manage budgets, produce reports, and contribute to strategic service development

  • Support and supervise staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure effective team performance

  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals

  • Deliver and monitor quality assurance processes, safeguarding, and risk management

  • Be an active part of the team, supporting care delivery and out-of-hours duties when needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete it)

  • Proven experience managing community-based care services

  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Confident in managing teams, rotas, audits, and external relationships

  • Flexible, reliable, and passionate about empowering individuals in their own homes
