Registered Manager
📍 Based in Launceston, with travel across Cornwall & East Devon
🕒 Full-time | 40 hours per week | On-call duties required
💷 Salary: From £39,000+ (DOE) + £5,000 discretionary bonus
Are you an experienced leader in community care, ready to drive service excellence and make a real difference in people's lives? River Exe Healthcare is looking for a passionate and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our high-performing team and ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred care across our services.
What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee all aspects of service delivery, compliance, and staff management
Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain high standards of care
Manage budgets, produce reports, and contribute to strategic service development
Support and supervise staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure effective team performance
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals
Deliver and monitor quality assurance processes, safeguarding, and risk management
Be an active part of the team, supporting care delivery and out-of-hours duties when needed
What We're Looking For:
Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete it)
Proven experience managing community-based care services
Strong understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Confident in managing teams, rotas, audits, and external relationships
Flexible, reliable, and passionate about empowering individuals in their own homes
