Location: Birmingham
Salary: £38,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

We're looking for a Registered Care Manager to lead our dedicated team, ensure CQC compliance, and deliver person-centred care that makes a real difference.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily operations of care services
- Leading and mentoring a team of care professionals
- Ensuring full compliance with care regulations
- Creating and managing tailored care plans
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and driving service quality

- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of CQC and care standards
