I am looking for a Registered Supported Living Manager to launch and lead a new service supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, Autism, and behaviours of concern. This is a unique opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, build a compassionate and person-centred team, and promote independence, dignity, and choice for the people we support.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience managing or working in supported living environments
  • Expertise in supporting individuals with complex needs, Autism, and behaviours of concern
  • A Level 4 qualification in a relevant field (essential)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Confidence in managing budgets, referrals, business development, and liaising with local authorities
  • A proactive approach to reviewing and implementing effective systems and processes
