Registered Supported Living Manager
Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Salary: Starting from £35,900
Contract Type: Full-time | Permanent
Are you ready to lead a brand-new specialist service and make a lasting impact?
I am looking for a Registered Supported Living Manager to launch and lead a new service supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, Autism, and behaviours of concern. This is a unique opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, build a compassionate and person-centred team, and promote independence, dignity, and choice for the people we support.
What You'll Bring
- Experience managing or working in supported living environments
- Expertise in supporting individuals with complex needs, Autism, and behaviours of concern
- A Level 4 qualification in a relevant field (essential)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Confidence in managing budgets, referrals, business development, and liaising with local authorities
- A proactive approach to reviewing and implementing effective systems and processes
