Secretary/ Administration Required

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Secretary/ Administration Support located in Milton Keynes working for well-established Accounting group.

You will be completing documents, responding to emails / call enquires, typing letter, reports, documents and mail merges, managing diaries, post, documents management and day to day operational administration support.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft packages.
  • Be thorough, precise, produce accurate work to meet deadlines.
  • Be able to work under pressure in busy times.
  • Have excellent organisational skills and have experience of working in a professional, fast paced, office environment.
  • Have good inter-personal skills, working well with colleagues and clients.
  • Accountancy/legal secretarial background preferred.

This is a full time, office-based role, competitive salary, pension, medical care & insurance, 25 holidays plus bank holidays, development and training.
