Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage daily driver schedules and routing plans
• React efficiently to customer demands and accommodate last-minute orders
• Monitor and support driver performance, recognising excellence and addressing issues promptly
• Manage all aspects of driver and vehicle scheduling in compliance with internal and legal standards
• Ensure operations align with company, legal, and environmental policies at all times

Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Transport Planning role
• Solid understanding of EU Tachograph Legislation and Working Time Directive
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Proven ability to liaise confidently with drivers, customers, and third-party partners
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland
