Job Title: Waiting Staff

Pay: Up to £13 per hour
Hours: 12 PM - Midnight (Weekend availability required)

Location: Ashford
*Must have access to your own transport due to the location.

Brook Street is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar & Waiting Staff to support a variety of exciting events, including weddings, parties, and special functions.

Whether you have experience or you're looking to learn, we provide full on-the-job training. All you need is a great attitude, practical skills, and a commitment to excellent service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serving drinks and food in a fast-paced event setting

• Delivering exceptional service to all guests

• Taking food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery

• Helping to set up and break down bar and dining areas

• Assisting with table service at events such as weddings and private parties

• Communicating effectively with team members, kitchen staff, and managers

• Working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
