employer, Employer advice, Employer Services...

As we have been hit with Brexit & Covid and are fast entering economically unstable times, the government is scrambling to assist employers to both recruit and retain workers increasingly recognising that skills shortages require overseas workers to fill gaps.

The trend with employment is for it to become more flexible, and recruitment and retention policies need to move with these trends and the law. The landscape currently is fast changing, and it is crucial for business (at both HR and strategy level) to be aware of the advantages and the pitfalls of the immigration system and employment law.

In our webinar in partnership with Penningtons Manches Cooper we looked on the current landscape and trends in the talent market, and what policies that are ahead.
