Temporary Customer Service / Administrator
Location: Formby
Hours: Part-time - 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) | 6 hours per day
Pay: £12.21
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service / Administrator to join my client based in Formby. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a customer-focused mindset to step into a part-time temporary role with immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing orders and updating internal systems
  • General administrative tasks including filing, data entry and document handling
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Confident communicator with a polite and professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in basic IT systems (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and available to start immediately

Working Hours:

  • Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
  • 6 hours per day (exact times to be confirmed with successful candidate)
