Office Administrator

Job Description

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday

A great opportunity to work for a well-established, local, progressive and fast paced business. You will be joining a friendly but hardworking office who offer training and progression.

Your duties will include:
Answering incoming telephone enquiries both UK and Export
Responding to customer emails
Creating new customer accounts
Dealing with service queries
Raising commercial invoices
Account Management
Obtaining purchase orders

You will need to have strong office account management/ general administrative experience, the ability to deal with customers with a strong focus on ensuring they are happy, self-motivated and a good telephone manner.
