Are you an organised, compassionate professional with a background in care and compliance?
Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same, and where your attention to detail and people skills make a real difference?
I am looking for a Care and Compliance Coordinator to join an established, friendly, and dedicated team at a welcoming supported living service in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding role that combines rota coordination, compliance oversight, and hands-on support.
What you'll need to bring:
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Experience coordinating rotas in a care setting
- A background in a CQC-regulated environment as a senior, team leader, or deputy
- Willingness to occasionally provide personal care and positive behaviour support
- Confidence using online rota systems and Microsoft 365
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating and managing staff rotas
- Updating care and support plans
- Conducting incident reporting, safeguarding, and investigations
- Writing reports and meeting with professionals
- Carrying out internal audits, risk assessments, and spot checks
- Overseeing medication audits and daily MAR sheet checks
- Ensuring training is up to date and logged
- Supporting with fire safety, health, and safety, and CQC compliance
- Collaborating closely with staff and the people we support
Who we're looking for:
You're someone who is:
- Respectful, compassionate, and transparent
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- A natural collaborator who values person-centred care
Location:
You'll be based at a homely, supported living service in Rugby, with regular visits to nearby community-based packages.
If you're ready to bring your experience and passion for care into a role that truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply now and help us continue delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
