Registered Manager, Adults Autism & Learning Disabilities
Permanent, Full Time with generous benefits. Liverpool based.

Are you interested in being considered for a Registered Manager role joining a reputable organisation who will be opening a brand new service in early 2026 for adults with autism/learning disabilities?

About the role:
We are seeking a Registered Manager to join an established organisation who provide specialist support to adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
As the RM you will be responsible for the service delivery of a 6 bedded residential home, setting up the service in line with CQC standards, leading and managing a team of support staff including Seniors and Support Workers.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence, developing staff, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Your knowledge around safeguarding, compliance, business development, transitioning people into services and effective performance management will be key.
Liaising with and communicating with all stakeholders, other partners, families and colleagues
Ensuring all rotas and risk assessments and support plans are up to date.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification in social care.
- Proven experience in adult social care, particularly within learning disabilities and autism services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrable experience in care management, including service development and quality assurance.
- Understanding of adult services, with specific awareness of learning disabilities and autism and transitioning new services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse data, produce reports, and implement strategic improvements.
