Job Description

Role: Sales Administrator
Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex (must have access to own vehicle due to office location)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Fully Office-Based
Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team at a well-established business based in East Grinstead.

This is a varied, fully office-based role with some customer-facing elements, playing a key part in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding service to both prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly to incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
  • Scheduling appointments and managing team diaries
  • Maintaining and updating the company's CRM system
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team

Strong organisational and administration skills are an essential requirement to being considered for this position as well as a customer focused approach and good attention to detail.
