Senior Mental Health Support Worker (Days)
Location: Leeds
Hours: 39.37/week | Shifts: 7:30am - 8:00pm (2-week rolling rota)
Salary: £28,354.27/year (£13.85/hr) + overtime (£15.35/hr) + £35/week on-call
Shift pattern:

• Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun
• Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri

Brand-new residential service supporting men with enduring mental health needs. As a Senior Support Worker, you'll deliver person-centred care while mentoring staff and ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and empowered.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support Recovery Support Workers
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Administer medication and maintain accurate records
• Act as shift lead in the absence of management
• Mentor new staff and contribute to team development
• Promote recovery-focused activities and independence

What We're Looking For

• Experience in mental health support
• Knowledge of care plans and risk assessments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for recovery and inclusion
