Senior Mental Health Support Worker (Nights)
Location: Leeds
Hours: 39.37/week | Shifts: 7:45pm - 7:45am (2-week rolling rota)
Salary: £28,354.27/year (£13.85/hr) + overtime (£15.35/hr) + £35/week on-call
Shift pattern:

• Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun
• Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri

Brand-new residential service supporting men with enduring mental health needs. As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker (Nights), you'll provide consistent, person-centred care, supervise support staff, and help shape a safe, recovery-focused environment.

Your Role

• Lead and support night staff
• Deliver high-quality personal and mental health care
• Administer medication, manage records
• Support new staff and act as shift lead
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence

What You Need

• Experience in mental health care
• Understanding of care plans & risk assessments
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• A passion for recovery and inclusion
