Supported Housing Team Leader
- Wiltshire - covering Trowbridge & Salisbury
- Driving licence and own vehicle required (with business insurance)
- Includes participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota
Lead with Purpose - Make a Difference
We're looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee two vital supported housing services for single homeless adults and individuals in early recovery from substance use.
In this hands-on role, you'll support your team, ensure high-quality care, and work with partners to deliver personalised support that transforms lives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a front-line support team
Manage a small caseload using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches
Handle safeguarding concerns and health & safety procedures
Keep accurate records using our client system (INFORM)
What You'll Need
Experience supporting people with complex needs
Understanding of social exclusion and related challenges
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (business use cover)
