Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to lead with purpose and passion? In this role, you'll be supported by a dedicated in-house team - including HR, Finance, Clinical and Assistant Psychologists, and a PBM Specialist - so you can focus on what truly matters: delivering exceptional care and support.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll oversee a residential service for adults with complex needs, creating a positive, person-centred environment. You'll lead and develop your team while ensuring care quality, compliance, and meaningful outcomes for residents.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ year's experience as a Registered Manager
- Background in adult social care and complex needs
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Solid understanding of CQC regulations and current legislation
- Adaptable, conscientious, and a great communicator
- Holds RMA, NVQ Level 4, or equivalent (L5 preferred)
