Location: Norwich Law Court - Fully Office-Based
Salary: £12.36 per hour
Working Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (37 hours per week)
Contract Type: Temporary (with strong likelihood of extension)
- Progress cases through the court/tribunal system
- Support various court functions by following established guidelines
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Manage and respond to email correspondence
- Create, update, and maintain records and case files
- Input accurate data into internal systems
- Prepare and organise paperwork for hearings and meetings
- General administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and managing documents
- Book and prepare meeting rooms
- Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Remain professional, calm, and proactive in a busy office environment
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Confident using Microsoft Office and managing shared inboxes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage a high workload and prioritise tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
