Location: Flintshire
Contract: until July 2026
Working Hours: 37 per week Mon-Fri
Pay rate: £13.92 per hour
Brook Street have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Officer to join our public sector client based in Flintshire. This is a temporary assignment which will run until July 2026 with a view to extend beyond this date.
Job description:
The purpose of this position is deliver a variety of administrative services within the Medical and Dental Servicing Section. Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Update and maintain vehicle mileage and fuel consumption records using Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare and compile monthly reports as required.
- Set up team meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and organising meeting logistics.
- Take accurate and concise notes during team meetings and distribute them as necessary.

- Communicate and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders to address queries and provide support.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience of Microsoft Office Packages.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
