Job Description

Administration Officer

Location - Manchester city centre
Shift times - Monday to Friday between 9am until 5pm (some flexibility is needed)
Pay Rate - £12.36 increasing to £13.25 after 12 weeks

We are looking for full time Administration Officers to join us in our Manchester city centre offices starting in November on a temporary basis with the potential to being extended for the right applicant


Our client is a Government judicial department, so you will be assisting with making a difference within the workplace.

What you'll do on a typical day as an Administration Officer -
Creating and updating records on the in-house system
Preparing files and papers for hearing and meetings
Booking, preparing and organising meeting rooms
Contacting relevant parties, scheduling and serving documents
Issuing warrants and collecting fines


What you will need to success with our client as an Administration Officer-
A can-do attitude
Minimum 12 months experience within an administration background
Keen eye for detail
Working to deadlines to ensure timescales are met

Pay benefits and more -
£12.36 per hour increasing to £13.25 per hour after 12 weeks
