Job Description

✈️ Airline Commercial Executive
Location: London Bridge, hybrid after training
Salary: From £30,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, with occasional evening/weekend events

About the Airline Commercial Executive Role

Reporting to the Airline Commercial & Development Manager, the Airline Commercial Executive will support the management of airline relationships, analyse performance data, and identify commercial growth opportunities. This is a high-impact role that works closely with the Commercial, Sales, and Operations teams, as well as airline partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Airline Commercial Manager in maintaining and developing airline relationships and commercial agreements

  • Track and report on performance against commercial targets

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new product opportunities

  • Co-ordinate joint airline marketing campaigns and manage marketing income

  • Support the corporate sales team in optimising the airline product offering

  • Attend industry networking events to build and maintain relationships


Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in the travel industry with solid knowledge of airlines and GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)

  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable using Excel (including pivot tables and formulas)

  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to build positive working relationships across teams and levels

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and professional
