Job Title: End of Tenancy Cleaning Inspector

Location: Southampton

Contract Type: Temporary

Pay rate: £12 p/h

Role, Responsibilities, and Requirements:

- Conducting approximately 10 'End of Tenancy Cleaning Inspections' daily on vacant properties.
- Ideal candidates are University students or recent graduates.
- A thorough knowledge of the local area is crucial.
- A basic understanding of inventory purposes and preferably prior experience in completing inventories (desired)
- Comprehensive training will be provided and is mandatory.
- Candidates will utilise our InventoryBase software on their personal smartphones. Each candidate must possess their own smartphone.
- Spare power packs will be available for additional battery charging.
- Full UK driving license (desirable)

Additional Information:

1 of the 3 days will be the training day (1.5 hours paid) - taking place on either the 21st/22nd/24th of June

After the training, the assignment requires you to work the following days:

- Friday the 28th of June (12pm - 8pm)

- Saturday the 29th of June (10am - 4pm).
