Care Assistant
Location: Ringstead, NN14
Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available
Holiday: Holiday pay accrued in line with statutory entitlement
About the Role
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join a supportive care team in the Ringstead (NN14) area. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and practical support in line with individual care plans
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities and promoting independence
- Offering emotional support, reassurance, and companionship
- Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
- Supporting with medication in line with training and policies (where applicable)
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
- Working in line with safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake training and development
Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential full training and ongoing support will be provided.
